Terms and Conditions for The Just Properties Affiliate Program

By signing up for the Affiliate Program at The Just Properties, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. These terms and conditions govern your use of the affiliate system and define your relationship with The Just Properties. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to participate in our Affiliate Program.

1. Eligibility

To participate in The Just Properties Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Provide valid contact details and personal identification, including your phone number, Aadhaar, and PAN (for financial transactions).

• Complete your KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure the legitimacy of the account.

• Have a valid bank account to receive payments for your earned commissions.

• Maintain a positive and professional conduct while interacting with potential leads, The Just Properties staff, and clients.

2. Affiliate Registration and Account Creation

• To create an affiliate account, you must sign in using your Google account.

• Upon registration, you will receive a unique affiliate key that is tied to your account. This key must be used to track leads that you submit.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering. Any changes to your contact information, including your bank account details, should be updated promptly in your affiliate dashboard.

3. Lead Submission and Tracking

• Affiliates are responsible for submitting accurate and complete lead information, including the client's contact details, requirements, and other essential data.

• You must only submit genuine leads—individuals or businesses who are genuinely interested in purchasing properties in Pune or other Maharashtra areas.

• You agree not to engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities to generate leads, such as entering false or misleading contact details or creating fake leads.

• Leads submitted must be tracked accurately. Affiliates must monitor the progress of their leads via the affiliate dashboard.

4. Commission Structure

• Affiliates will earn a commission based on the revenue generated by the property transactions completed through their referred leads. The exact commission percentage and structure will be based on the revenue The Just Properties receives from the developer.

• The commission for each lead is calculated as follows:

  • Revenue up to ₹1,00,000: Earn ₹20,000

  • Revenue between ₹1,00,000 and ₹2,00,000: Earn ₹25,000

  • Revenue between ₹2,00,000 and ₹3,00,000: Earn ₹30,000

  • Revenue above ₹3,00,000: Earn 10% of the total revenue

• Payments will be processed once the developer receives full payment and confirms the transaction.

• Commissions will be paid within 15 to 45 days of receiving payment from the developer.

• The payment will be made directly to the affiliate’s designated bank account.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Affiliates are responsible for promoting The Just Properties services and generating leads in a professional and ethical manner.

• Affiliates must not use any tactics or marketing techniques that could damage the reputation or integrity of The Just Properties.

• You must refrain from:

  • Using misleading or deceptive advertising.

  • Engaging in illegal activities or promoting illegal content.

  • Submitting spammy, irrelevant, or unethical leads.

  • Using any false information when communicating with potential clients or when reporting leads.

• Any communication with leads must adhere to respectful and professional standards. Affiliates should not engage in direct sales or negotiations on behalf of The Just Properties.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Affiliates are prohibited from misusing their affiliate account or engaging in activities that may harm The Just Properties' reputation, services, or clients.

• Affiliates must not:

  • Use The Just Properties’ name, branding, or trademarks in ways that could confuse potential clients or mislead them.

  • Provide any false or misleading information related to The Just Properties’ services.

  • Make direct promises or guarantees to leads regarding pricing, features, or services beyond what is offered by The Just Properties.

  • Engage in any activity that may result in legal action, or damage the reputation of The Just Properties.

7. Confidentiality

• Affiliates agree to keep all information, leads, and data provided by The Just Properties or clients confidential. You must not share or distribute any sensitive information related to The Just Properties, its developers, or its clients without prior consent.

8. Affiliate Account Termination

• The Just Properties reserves the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time if:

  • You engage in fraudulent or unethical activities.

  • You violate any of the terms outlined in this agreement.

  • Your account becomes inactive for a period of 90 days or more.

  • You fail to comply with the KYC requirements or any other regulatory conditions.

• Upon termination, all pending commissions will be forfeited if the affiliate has breached any part of the agreement.

9. Compliance with Laws

• Affiliates agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, and the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Maha RERA) guidelines.

10. Payment and Taxes

• Affiliates are responsible for any tax liabilities that may arise from the commissions earned through the Affiliate Program.

• Payments will be processed according to the commission structure, but The Just Properties is not responsible for any issues related to taxes or fees that may be applicable to the affiliate’s income.

11. Limitation of Liability

• The Just Properties shall not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the affiliate's participation in the program.

• Affiliates will not hold The Just Properties, its employees, or affiliates liable for any third-party claims, including claims related to the promotion of services, product sales, or errors in marketing.

12. Indemnification

• Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold The Just Properties harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from their actions or violations of these terms and conditions.

13. Amendments

• The Just Properties reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the affiliates, and continued participation in the program after such changes will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Dispute Resolution

• In case of any dispute or disagreement, the affiliate and The Just Properties agree to resolve the matter through amicable discussions. If the matter cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

15. Miscellaneous

• These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between the affiliate and The Just Properties.

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

By checking the box labeled “I Accept the Terms and Conditions”, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions outlined above. You also confirm that you are entering into a legal agreement with The Just Properties.
